By accessing or using VaultDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Use of Service

VaultDrop provides a platform for secure file transfer. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Specifically prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: malware, illegal pornography, pirated software/media, and content that promotes terrorism or violence.

3. File Expiry and Deletion

Files uploaded to VaultDrop are not kept indefinitely. We provide tools for users to set expiry times and download limits. Once a file meets its expiration criteria, or if we find it violates these Terms, it will be permanently deleted without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VaultDrop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VaultDrop or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VaultDrop's website.

6. Changes to Terms

VaultDrop reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
